* YarrrServlet.java: Kill final references to HttpSession.
* clientcore.jspf: New JSP fragment, include if you do JavaScript stuff. This
also fixes a serious bug where we were using <c:url incorrectly, causing a
malformed reference to client.js, which caused an error the first time you
view the page.
* prelude.jspf: Everything should include this.
* topic.jsp: Include prelude/clientcore.
* topiclist.jsp: Ditto.
