* LiveComment.java: Revert default live comment bits. Remove inner class
Contents; now we simply serialize the comment.
* YarrrXmlRpcMethods.java: Remove getLiveCommentContents method.
* comment.js: Use new precaching scheme. Rename scheduleGet() to
update(). Change getReply method to invoke sync() and handle new
serialization form (hash instead of array). Use dumpObjects
instead of getLiveCommentContents.
* referencableobject.js: Remove getLiveCommentContents from imported
XML-RPC methods.
* Discussion.java: Revert default live comment; should be done
client-side.
