* patches/OOO_1_1/crash-objstream.diff,
patches/OOO_1_1_4/apply: go for upstreams fix from cws heapfix
(cws-heapfix_CAN-2005-0941.diff), and remove this therefore.
Additional advantage: CAN nr in the patch name ;-)
