* reports/patch-report.cgi:
Don't put the anchor name around the product but rather beside it
(so that it doesn't get that funny blue color that will make
people think it's a link or something)
* reports/patch-status.cgi:
Simplified massively since we mainly just link to patch-report to
do the work now (cleaned up some of the rest with indenting to
make it more readable)
