* statuts_gnomefr.xml: reformat the files, some typo/grammar fixes
* reglement_interieur_gnomefr.xml: add article about exclusion when
cotisation is not paid
move the logo policy from the by-laws here
* statuts_gnomefr.xml:
split first article in two articles
remove logo policy
some updates to the different membership types (notamment: les
personnes morales ne peuvent pas être des membres actifs, mais plutôt
des membres bienfaiteurs)
