* camel-vee-summary.c: converted to a camelfoldersummarydisk
subclass. all new vfolder algorithms, etc.
* camel-session.c (camel_session_get_uri): add new virtual method
to get the uri of a service. semi-aborted attempt at letting
camel use 'email' uri's without having to know about them.
(camel_session_get_type): moved all the get-type crap to the end
of the file to avoid all those silly forward references.
* camel-folder-search.c (camel_folder_search_is_static): added
helper which returns true if this search is based on immutable
data.
