* camel-folder-summary-disk.c: throw out all the locking code,
dont use libdb's threded api, and just single-thread every access
to all the db's on the env using manual locking. Actually i can
probably just single-thread each database, but thats just going to
get trickier for view indices.
* camel-folder-search.c (camel_folder_search_execute_expression):
kill dead code.
