* camel-folder-summary-disk.c (cds_iterator_free): fix ref ordering.
* camel-object.c (camel_object_bag_*): Changed to use a cond
rather than a semaphore with new e_mutex_cond stuff that works
now. Dunno if they worked normally but they really didn't work on
x86-64, at all. Maybe exposed by more parallelism in code.
* camel-folder-summary.h (CamelFolderSummaryClass): removed
message_info_alloc, and just put messageinfo_sizeof like it used
to be.
