it work and not crash, only basic drawing

surfaceFromXBitmap method returning cairo surface for given bitmap
build/src680-m104/canvas/source/cairo/cairo_canvashelper_texturefill.cxx:
basic texture fill implementation
* build/src680-m104/canvas/source/cairo/cairo_canvashelper.cxx:
use mnPolygonIndex when drawing polygons, use mpTextures for
texture fill, fill textures if needed. extract most of bitmap
drawing code to tools helper so that texture drawing may profit
from it as well
* build/src680-m104/canvas/source/cairo/cairo_canvasfont.cxx: make
it work a little bit
build/src680-m104/canvas/source/cairo/cairo_canvascustomsprite.cxx:
removed drawBitmap method, use the parent class one
