* plugins/editor/search-replace.c,
plugins/editor/search-replace_backend.c: Fixed message outputs. Identify
project openness wihtout activating project-manager plugin (i.e.
using anjuta_shell_get()).
* libanjuta/interfaces/libanjuta.idl, plugins/project-manager/plugin.c:
- Completed add_source(), add_group() and add_target() methods of
IAnjutaProjectManager.
- Change their definition to return the added element (or NULL).
- Used interface API for project main menus and 'add to project'
from file-manager context menu.
- Select proper default target/group when prompting for adding
source/target/group.
- Do not expand all nodes in selection tree when default selection
are given (eases navigation in big projects).
- Code clean ups.
- Marked strings for translation.
