* thumbnailer/main.c: New file with a very simple GNOME
thumbnailer for MS Office files. This will grow to something more
sophisticated in the future.
* thumbnailer/Makefile.am: New file.
I'll add this subdir to the build tomorrow, when I get the GConf
bits right for configure.in.
