* src/bibliography/bibliography.xml: moved the role attribute,
to hide the bibliodiv from the PDF version. It's weird though,
because '&' should work. I debugged about an hour, but can't
find the problem.

overhaul: bit of rephrasing for german and big structural
changes. Uses now figures instead of informalfigures, as well as
sect3 elements instead of simplesect. Updated so it conforms
with the formating styleguide.
* src/filters/filters_edge-detect.xml: don't include the
neon.xml yet, which was introduced by the last patch.
* src/glossary/g.xml: hide the phonetic transcription from the
PDF version -- problems with the fonts.
* stylesheets/plainprint.xsl: added my fixes from my thesis to
the stylesheet, which should be helpful
