* stylesheets/plainprint.xsl: honor 'scalefit' only. If
scalefit='1', the image is automatically scaled to the max of
the textwidth. Therefore, seperating between HT*L and TeX is not
needed anymore. I modified existing seperations by 'role'
attribute in the preferences dialog accordingly.
