* substitute-keyword-usage.pl: Simple script to change all usage
of one keyword to another in bugs. Even updates bugs_activity
correctly. :) Was used to enable the removal of 4 keywords (the
removal being done separately by delete-keywords.pl) as specified
at bug 302635.
