Do not use deprecated widgets.
* fish.c: (get_image_path): new, utility function
(image_value_changed): updated for the file chooser
(chooser_preview_update): new, preview for the file chooser
(display_preferences_dialog): updated to use new widgets
(load_fish_image): update the preview in the pref dialog, updated
(fish_applet_instance_init): updated
* fish.glade: use nice non-deprecated widgets
