* src/dom/cria-presentation-view.c: use my G_DEFINE_IFACE macro,
update the API to the same _(un)register() API that the other view
interfaces use, listen to the 'notify::theme' signal
* src/dom/cria-presentation-view.h: cleanup
* src/dom/cria-theme-view.c: emit the slide-added signal on
registration
* src/rendering/cria-canvas-text.c: fix a possible null pointer trap
* src/rendering/cria-slide-renderer.c: fix the color of the focus
layer
* src/widgets/cria-main-window.c: implement the presentation view
(this is going to make several new things a lot easier)
