Only list options in editproducts.cgi that the user can do. #324441
* editproducts.cgi:
Limit the products (and classifications containing a product)
to those which the user has permissions to modify
* template/en/default/admin/products/list-classifications.html.tmpl:
Don't show the "Add product" links if the user isn't in the admin
group
* template/en/default/admin/products/list.html.tmpl:
Don't show the "Delete" product links if the user isn't in the
admin group
* template/en/default/global/user-error.html.tmpl:
Add a new error message explaining why editcomponents isn't so
powerful for those users who have this permission bit set but
aren't marked as the maintainer/developer of any product.
