* editproducts.cgi: Fix problems in the developer stuff
implementation: (1) Show only the products the user can edit when
they browse to editproducts.cgi instead of only showing
infrastructure/bugzilla.gnome.org, (2) When editing a product and
adding developers, give those new developers editcomponents
ability (I apparently only did this for new products and forgot to
use the code for updated products)
