Provide info about commenters on show_bug.cgi. Fixes #324852.
* checksetup.pl:
Add points, is_top_bug_reporter, and is_top_bug_closer columns to
profiles. is_top_bug_reporter and is_top_bug_closer are unused at
this time but were requested by Olav. Scripts can use them later.
* Bugzilla/Bug.pm:
* template/en/default/bug/comments.html.tmpl:
Show whether each commenter is a developer of the given module,
whether they are a developer, and what their points stat is.
* bugzilla.gnome.org/cronjobs/update-profile-stats.pl:
A script to update profiles.points; only checks which users need
to have their stat updated since the last time the script was run
and is thus relatively fast on runs after the first.
* template/en/custom/pages/points.html.tmpl:
A page explaining what the 'points' stat means and is for
* template/en/default/bug/edit.html.tmpl:
Remove the "Opened" part of the box at the right as it duplicated
information just below the reporter.
