* reports/product-activity-utils.pl:
New file with utilities for determining the 'activity' of a
product or products. Currently provides functions for patch
diligence and bug responsiveness.
* utils/year-end-stats.pl:
Provide more information about where in the script it is, add
patch-diligence and bug-responsiveness ratings. I'm still missing
an overall review count for the summary page (which shouldn't be
that hard to determine with the data from
product-activity-utils.pl), but I don't have time to complete it.
:/ It's just a minor thing though, so maybe I'll just leave it out
this year (which means just deleting the incorrect 0's in the
generated stats/stat-overview.html).
