* reports/weekly-summary-utils.pl:
Some people (like me sometimes) submit several iterations of a
patch to show progress and get preliminary feedback, marking older
versions as obsolete. Such cases really ought to only count as
one patch, though, so try to account for this by ignoring patches
in the obsolete state.
