* Tomboy/Applet.cs: Use Tomboy.DefaultNoteManager instead of
creating one ourselves.
* Tomboy/Tomboy.cs: Add a --note-path, to specify the directory to
use for loading and storing notes. Create a NoteManager with this
path, and expose it through DefaultNoteManager.
* www/index.html: Add a Reporting Bugs section.
