* glom/data_structure/layout/layoutitem_field.cc: get_layout_display_name():
Return the
name even if the full details cache is invalid.
* glom/document/document_glom.cc: load_after(): Fill the full field details
when loading
report items, so that they show up in the report when it is edited.
