* glom/mode_data/dialog_layout_details.cc: on_cell_data_name(): Move the code to
create the field display name (with the :: separators) into
LayoutItem_Field::get_display_name(),
to avoid copy/paste wasteage and to make it show up properly in the Reports
layout dialog.
