Refactor of the _get_folder(), suggestions from Federico.
* gtk/gtkfilesystemgnomevfs.c (get_folder_complete_operation),
(get_folder_file_info_callback), (gtk_file_system_vfs_get_folder):
Defer creating the folder and updating the hash tables to the end
of get_folder_complete_operation(), avoids us having to remove
the folder from hash tables later if the folder doesn't exist,
fix desktop item link code and some misc fixes here and there,
(gtk_file_system_gnome_vfs_get_info): don't leak uri,
(cancel_operation_callback): remove code which removed the folder
from the hash table, plug memleaks, pass NULL instead of data->path
for the create folder operation.
