* src/gpm-main.c (gpm_manager_get_warning_type): Don't return
GPM_WARNING_ACTION when the battery value is 0% as this *may* happen with
broken acpi laptops. Instead warn on the console.
* src/gpm-power.c (battery_device_cache_entry_update_key): Invalidate the rate
when we are declared charging/discharging. This was noticed with the new graphs
were static at non zero when charged.
