I've no longer got access to a Windows machine that can build GHC (not
enough disk space). Hopefully this will change after Christmas, when
I'll get a chance to buy a new computer.

When I last validated there was 1 failure that regularly showed up
under Cygwin, break008(ghci). I don't think it reliably replicated
itself for other people though, but I saw it regularly.
