Generally people move from SVN to CVSNT not the other way around, since CVSNT has more features than SVN you will LOSE information and features. EVS (CM Suite) supports both CVS/CVSNT and SVN clients as well as visual studio clients, and you can use the migrate facility to migrate SVN or CVS repositories.
