Correct. It is in the site look for XSP, ASP.Net

but couldn't find the list of sites that are using it. However, I did see this on the Mono site: "Mono can run existing programs targeting the .NET or Java frameworks." Does this mean I can run Java programs under Mono?

Yes, using the IKVM port. An open source port of Java to the .Net framework. http://www.ikvm.net/
Not sure what the point of that is, other than another OSS clone of Java and you can take advantage of the entire .Net framework. If Java is your previous environment and you are moving it to .Net, here is a migration path.

BTW, the mono wiki is using MediWiki. Makes me wonder why not a wiki in Mono.

There is one. Actually, FlexWiki is an open-source Microsoft project that has been ported to Mono.

Yes, you read that right. FlexWiki is hosted on SourceForge and is covered under the CPL license (OSI approved.)
