Ah, thanks for the clarification. So, saying something plays Ogg is
not descriptive enough. What I should have written is that I use
Audacity to play Ogg Vorbis. And what I'm looking for is something
that plays Ogg Theora. Is that correct?

Also, how can I tell if a file is Ogg Vorbis vs Ogg Theora vs Ogg
{something else}? Using 'file' on the .ogg file said it was audio,
yet I have been unable to play it using Audacity. Could it be a bad
download?

$ file Shuttleworth_debconf5.ogg
Shuttleworth_debconf5.ogg: Ogg data, Vorbis audio, mono, 48000 Hz,
~80000 bps
