I guess the file command isn't smart enough yet to recognize theora
video.  It's correct about the Vorbis audio though.  I'm pretty sure
that video uses Vorbis for the audio portion of the video.  As for how
do you tell if it's video, not sure from the command line, but nautilus
in Gnome (and perhaps konq in KDE) will thumbnail it as a video if it's
a video.
