Hi Joe,
You can have a go with Eric, but there isn't really one clear best solution
for Python in the same way that there is for Windows C++ programs. If
you're comfortable with Visual Studio, you might also want to look at
Python Tools for Visual Studio: http://pytools.codeplex.com/
