Just to clarify, XFire can't be trademarked the PTO decided last time I
checked. The Xfire instant messaging people were in the final stages of
being rejected a trademark for it last I checked. Only Foo XFire could
be trademarked, like Apache XFire.
I'm still contemplating where I stand on the name issue. I will chime in
a bit later with my vote.
