SoapArrayType.writeValue and StringType will NPE for a null in a non-nillable
string

Key: CXF-1454
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-1454
Project: CXF
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Build system
Affects Versions: 2.1
Reporter: Benson Margulies
Assignee: Dain Sundstrom
If writeValue gets a null-valued string for a non-nillable string type (a
situation I accidently provoked), it will NPE.
Arguably, this is a problem with StringType, which should write out "" for a
null if the situation is non-nullable. or even the JDOMWriter.
