Scrutinization is something not wanted.  The only way to sell game boxes are if 
the person selling owns the rites to the game or has licsence to do some from 
owner of game and or the rites to game.  If that starts to happen then I would 
think that the owner of Cyberboard would lock down the rites to that product 
and it could stop being a free product for us.  Hopefully he has it copy 
protected so some one doesnt try to take things over for themselves.
   
  Thats just my take on it from a laymans law point of view.
