I would second Keith's experience. I've been using Cyberboard with WinXP for years - runs fairly well. I have used it with Parallels desktop on my Macbook Core Duo and it runs very close to the speed I can get by booting the laptop into Windows natively on the laptop.
I move the .gmv files from my email on the Mac to and from VPC using a shared folder. It saves setting up an email account in VPC and I have a backup file copy also if Windows has a problem.
