Hi Don,

that was helpful, though I can't seem to find the pdf you referenced.
 I was messing around with creating a Rostov Map for EFS Army Group
South to play the final 2 scenarios.  I chose the method you outlined,
but had a question? How do you fill in once you've drawn rough (or
lakes/sea zones)?  

I can't seem to find an answer anywhere, and I know there has to be an
easy way to fill in those sea zones, lakes and rough hexes once the
outlines has been drawn.
