Agree. Since you're sharing the same screen it's impossible to hide  
you're blocks from him other than telling him to look away when you  
want to see the unit values.

A third option is to use Tunguska which is an online gaming system  
(requires Microsoft Windows) supporting Hammer of the Scots. It's also  
officially recommended by Columbia Games.
