Since 18:40 we lost all connectivity with the BAS in Charleroi, ADSL
GO/GO+ will not be able to connect to the internet. Bilan has been
notified.

After the crash of the redback technicians from Turboline did a reload of
the equipment. Unfortunaly this didn't resolve the problem 100%: Customers
are able to get a sync with the redback but were unable to generate any
kind of data traffic. Turboline tried to reset the interface cards in
question but this didn't seem to work as expected. We'll keep you posted
when more information is available.
aux dernieres nouvelles, Bcom envoie un technicien sur place
pour remplacer le matériel défectueux...
