Glad you pointed that out Randy.  Reading the game instructions is always
useful.

The speed of the game is effected by the processing speed and the amount of
available RAM on the server.
Also using the games server as a dedicated server helps big time.
Increasing the available RAM would make the biggest speed impact but if the
processor is from the steam age, then you have located your problem.
Our spec. for a games server is a minimum 128MB RAM but preferably 256.
With a processor speed of 750+ and 256MB RAM you should not see any
appreciable slow down if at all.  I have not tried a 32 player setup on a
smaller server so have no other comparable information.
NB  Using a PII 333 processor and 64MB RAM for Halflife, 10+ bots using the
Jumbot program does tend to slow down when there is a large amount of action
in one area of a map.  The larger maps do not tend to slow down as much but
accurately creating the waypoints/files for the bots is more difficult.  If
all are firing hornet guns, then expect huge lag.
