I bought it in a bricks-and-mortar store here called Price Smart, which
is a multinational chain. Cost me all of US$9. It's made by Andrea
Electronics (model M-200). Andrea has a web site (URL escapes me) but
the product I have isn't shown -- maybe an email to the Andrea's
webmaster might help.
What I was going to do before I found it was simply get a junked
telephone and replace its guts with the guts of a microphone and
headset.
