As Lee said, you can use policies and such to prevent programs from being ran.
You can also hide drives etc. using NT.
There are always ways around things though..it just comes down to how much you
want to prevent.
When I was in Hungary I saw a program there monster or something like that for
downloads.. anyone ever use that?
