I think I found it at download.com . I have been using dos ping and 
tracert forever, and it's so cool to see the hops mapped before your 
eyes. You see all the slow nodes and if a node won't respond, you can 
see it remap across the country.

*as to how it technically works, I refer back to whatis.com and look it up :-)

Has anyone ever used any software that would show which sites/IPs 
that people on their network would be frequenting? For example, so 
you could see if people are using the Internet for local sites or 
what are the most popular sites people visit.
