Dalnet doesn't deny access because you have a proxy server; but they do
deny it if the proxy server has been misused, according to the rules that
they set for using their server. Write to Dalnet and ask why they have
denied service. They'll tell you, and they'll tell you what you need to do
to get it re-established.
