Hmmm, I did'nt know the block proxy connection....rather nasty,
probably to stop undesrible activity....
Only think I can think of is...

Use NAT with a static pool of addresses....(you need extra IP address).

Use a Linux Server, get users to run irc via linux, this
should allow multiple users from a single IP address (should!).

make sure your running an Identd server, as sometimes if an Irc
can't get a response front Ident, then it will kline you..

Run a linux server, and run a dalnet node... (if you have enough
bandwidth), this requires some tech knowlage and to get friendly
with the dalnet people, but what else have you got to do all day
at a cybercafe, apart from surf the net and serve coffee ;-).

Cheers,
Lee

Hi,
Just want to find out whether u guys have any ideas how to access Dalnet
using MIRC chat if the cybercafe uses a proxy server. Currently my cafe
cannot access MIRC Dalnet because they k-lined or denied access once they
detected a proxy server connection. However, my friends told me that they
are cybercafes whereby they used proxy server software for connection and
yet still be able to connect to Dalnet. He doesn't know how it could be
done but it is possible with some sort of scripts he said. Any ideas guys
???? I've checked the Dalnet website but found no solutions.
