Then you're in luck. secnews.netscape.com is a public server. Just point
Netscape Messenger (or whatever your favorite newsgroup client is) that way and
sign up for netscape.comunicator. For those of you that use Microsoft
products, msnews.microsoft.com is also a public server and has a newsgroup for
practically every product they make.
