As I said, later in my message, this list is not moderated, is without
rules, and will therefore have discussions of whether or not the
participants wish to establish or observe any norms of netiquette.
BTW, you might read the entire message before rersponding in future.

Every list, except moderated ones with set rules, will hash out the "hows"
as well as the "whats" of a list.
