Il me semble que c'est un bug connu mais je ne sais pas avec quelle
version de MacOS il a été corrigé. A priori fait l'upgrade vers
9.0.4 et 9.1 si possible ?

Une recherche sur http://www.macfixit.com avec "not enough power" donne

for those Macintosh systems that have USB built-in. Among other things,
version 1.3 fixes a bug where device names were not showing up when the
"not enough power" dialog was displayed."
"A reader reports: "Contrary to my expectations, Mac OS 9 and its USB
libraries doesn't fix the 'not enough power available' USB problem on
digital cameras. I have an Agfa E-photo CL-30 connected to an iMac/333
and/or a G4/400 via USB and it still doesn't work. The only work-around I
found is to unplug the connector when the message appears and plug it
back in, then dismiss the message by hitting OK. Unfortunately, 8.5.x is
the only system version which accepts this workaround - Mac OS 8.6 and
9.0f6 will not. OS 9 gives a more detailed message though, advising to
unplug and reconnect the cable or to connect the camera to a power supply
or directly to the USB port on the computer itself."
