Pour etre precis, les taxes d'importation sont une entrave a la liberte de circulation des biens et des services, une contrainte financiere pour inciter les consommateurs a ne pas exercer leur liberte fondamentale (dans une democratie capitaliste) d'acheter ou bon lui semble.
Le principe est archaique et a deja disparu dans l'espace Shengen. A (tres) long terme il disparaitra partout car il est absurde et de plus en plus difficile a controler. -- Emakina, always on top. Just like me ;-)
