        Steve,

        No, but only because noone has challenged it
on the 14th Amendment grounds.
        The court can only hear what has been challenged.

I know the AW ban was challenged on 14th Amendment grounds
because it specifies certain makes of guns that are banned,
but that argument was ruled inadmissable.
